Quality Testing

Hongyan had our own quality testing team and the profesional testing devices, in the before, middle and final of production all need to be quality testing. 

Quality judgment standard of stretch film:

1. Transparency (the better the transparency, the purer the raw materials used);

2. Tensile strength (a more important indicator, the high-strength film can make the product packaging more firm);

3. Retractable force, wrapping force (more important - judgment basis of packaging firmness, better protection for transportation);

4. Stickiness (important indicator, no floating tail, no spreading);

5. Puncture force, tear resistance (important, it can judge the performance of raw materials and films, and it has corners on packages and is not easy to break films due to collision);

6. Ease of use (usability, evaluation by using workers);

7. Appearance (uneven thickness, uneven winding, impurities, etc.);

8. Noise (whether there is sound when pulling the film);

9. Cutting force (also known as unwinding force, the easier the unwinding, the lower the labor intensity of workers, which can improve the work efficiency).
