Manually use a hydraulic trailer to lift the ton bale with a pallet, push it into the limited position under the press pressure plate, and the hydraulic trailer is removed from the working position; Manually open the press, carry out tonnage bale compression, pressure delay 10-20 seconds (this parameter is adjusted according to actual needs), during the pressure delay process, manually hang the tonnage sling strap quickly to the lifting lug, and then the pressure plate automatically lifts (this process is automatic) to lift the sling, the ton bag also rises, rises to a certain position to stop the action, this process realizes bag shaping; The ton bale press starts to press down for the second time, and then performs the ton bale compression again, the pressure delay is 10-20 seconds (this parameter is adjusted according to actual needs), the pressure delay process quickly disengages the sling from the lifting lugs, and then the pressure plate rises again; After the second compression, the whole baling process is over, and the product tonnage package is manually dragged out with a hydraulic trailer and sent to the designated storage location.
