3).Vertical Conveyor Host
1. The vertical conveying adopts chain lifting, and adopts the design of variable frequency speed regulation, variable speed starting and variable speed stopping, which can ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.
2. H-steel structure design, easy to install, strong adaptability;
3. The combination of suspension box and counterweight, the combination of four suspension chains and two guideways, ensures the smooth lifting of goods, low energy consumption and high efficiency;
4. Speed regulation of gear reducer plus frequency converter enables the equipment to adjust with high power and wide range of speed change, and to start and stop smoothly.
5. The brake motor is used to brake, and the proximity switch is used to decelerate the limit switch and stop the limit switch, which greatly improves the safety of the machine.
6. SEW vertical reducer with braking is selected for transmission. Its performance is very reliable. Superior braking performance ensures that the vertical conveyor can stop at any position in an emergency manner.

6).Safety guardrail and open fence
1. Safety guardrails are installed at the two-storey ground conveyor port to prevent personnel from falling from the gap between the opening and the equipment.
2. Open enclosure is installed in one or two floor openings to prevent debris falling from the gap between the openings and the equipment. The enclosure height is 100mm.
7).Automatic Control System of Material Vertical Conveyor
1. Using PLC programmable controller to control;
2. Touch screen control, powerful and real-time display of the working state, and with automatic fault warning and alarm functions, with safety interlocking, protection devices;
3. Each control system is equipped with two field control boxes, which are installed on the first floor and the second floor of the vertical conveyor frame, respectively, for manual control of the vertical conveyor.
