Structure of Fully Automatic Reciprocating Screw Conveyor Belt Conveyor:
1. The central frame is welded with carbon steel (5mm thickness). The external conveyor chain frame is installed from the top by the center frame to the bottom.
2. The outer conveying frame is made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 2.5mm.
3. High wear-resistant plastic chain plate drive: low noise, no need lubrication (406mm width), with anti-skidding rubber strip.
4. The drive bearing in the chain plate adopts imported NSK to increase the transmission efficiency.
5. The chain plate cushion strip is designed as a whole, and imported brands are selected to increase the service life of the chain plate.
6. Driving part: choosing Ometer reducer.
7. There is a lubricating device, which can effectively improve the smoothness and wear resistance of transportation.
8. Anti-break control: when the conveying chain breaks, the early warning device senses and stops in time to prevent damage to the chain plate.
9. Overload protection consists of electrical overload protection and mechanical process protection.
