Stacking lifting position chain conveyor is composed of 1 set of 12 meters long four-row chain conveyor, the conveyor adopts heavy-duty square pipe welded frame, effective length 12000mm, effective width 1010mm, height about 600mm, speed 10m/min, SEW gearmotor, frequency conversion speed regulation;
Stacking hoist
The stacking hoist cooperates with the stacking position lifting conveyor, and the profile plate that has been bundled with a single stack above the conveyor is lifted away from the conveyor, and after the subsequent profile plate is in place, the hoist descends, and the offline profile plate is placed above the subsequent plate, reciprocating until it reaches the preset number of stacking layers, sends a completion signal, and waits for the manual forklift to take the whole stack of plates off the line. At this point, the packaging process is complete.
The stacking hoist is completed by two sets of stacking lifting towers, with 3 groups of 6 wishbones; The fork tooth gap can be manually adjusted according to the shape.
The maximum lifting weight of the stacker crane is 4000kg (two stacks full load weight), the maximum stacking shape is 3 layers, total weight.
