Packaging process:

The steel coil is conveyed through the power conveyor (customer's own equipment), and before entering the ring machine, the upper machine transmits the steel coil specifications (including the inner diameter, outer diameter, width, weight, etc.) of the steel coil to the ring machine control system.

The steel coil enters the ring machine through the power conveyor (customer-owned), and the ring machine automatically switches the packaging program according to the steel coil specifications provided by the upper machine, and the ring machine automatically packs the steel coil according to the action set by the program.

All steel strips can automatically wind the paper tape, the paper loading and paper breaking are all automatically completed by the equipment itself, automatic winding packaging, the number of head and tail winding can be set, the amount of winding overlay in the middle part can be adjusted, after the paper break, the broken head of the paper tape needs to be manually bonded with adhesive tape.
