The demander side provides the support platform required for feeding and discharging, which is used to connect the rewinder and the discharge port.

After the incoming and discharging increase the platform, the membrane frame is located under the platform outlet movement, so the platform needs to have sufficient brightness, in addition, the feeding needs to be in accordance with the principle of one end alignment, which is convenient for the control of the membrane frame (the membrane frame moves using an encoder to calculate the distance, subject to the actual design of the technology).

Since the winding film can only be removed from the gap between the platform (the need to bring itself) and the winding machine drive roller, so after the winding is completed, the winding film will be broken off and retracted, in order to prevent this from happening, the starting position of the membrane frame is increased (that is, at the end of the roller) to add a mechanical fixture for manually hanging the winding film (this device should avoid the cloth roll feeding and discharging position).

Packaging process of Non-woven Radial Packaging Machine:

After the product is rolled off the line of the rewinder→ the conveyor platform (provided by the demander) is transported to the winding packaging machine→ the winding packaging machine packaging (manually placed the cover plate at both ends, clamped by the pneumatic device of the winding machine), and after winding→ pneumatically ejected to the conveyor platform (the demand party is self-prepared) → waiting for storage
