Design parameters based on:

Two consecutive shifts per day, each shift work for 12 hours

A total of 3 slitting lines

The monthly output is 1200 tons, the daily output is about 40 tons, the hourly material is about 2 tons, according to the average quality of 100 kg per pack, at least 20 packs of goods per hour

The minimum width of the cloth roll slitting is 100mm

The maximum height of the cantilever machine packaging is 1800mm and the minimum height is 500mm

The number of packaging layers is not less than 8 layers, and the number of system circle layers is adjustable


Packaging efficiency requirements:

Packaging efficiency requirements of cantilever winding machine: more than 25 torr/hour (the approved efficiency refers to the diameter of 1000mm, height of 1400mm, the number of packaging layers is 8), and the wrapping of the film roll end face winding film is not less than 80mm

Packaging efficiency requirements of radial packaging machine: more than 10 torr/hour (The approved efficiency refers to the diameter of 800mm, the length of 3400mm, and the number of packaging layers is 8.)

Power requirements: 380V, power supply to the seller's control cabinet

Air source requirements: 0.5-0.7 MPa

Air consumption: 4000ml/min, the seller provides φ12mm PU trachea to the seller's gas point, and the gas pipe all use high-quality transparent trachea

Because of the particularity of non-woven fabrics, all equipment materials that come into contact with the surface of the roll are 304 stainless steel

Description of the packaging process

See the scheme planning drawings, the seller's technical department will provide a detailed technical processing version of the equipment layout drawing, the basic layout will not have fundamental changes, the size needs to be confirmed by both parties to the contract after production, such as the height of the butt slitting machine, the customer to provide, the whole set of packaging needs to dock the MES system.


1.3.1 Cantilever wrapping form (small roll)

1) After the slitting of the cloth roll→→ manually check the slitting roll and attach the sealing head

(Manual judgment, reject defective products, and residual products do not flow into the back-end packaging.) The head is a one-dimensional code label, with certain information, manual scanning of the code information into the system, the direction and position of the head label, within two months of the signing of the contract to determine a reasonable way, after the head is pasted, the whole cloth roll head is neat, no cloth head scattered)

2) After the manual inspection and labeling is completed→→ manually start the button (the operator starts in the safe area outside the V-shaped trolley) to receive materials →→ the V-shaped longitudinal exchange platform truck

3) V-shaped longitudinal exchange platform truck receiving material →→ palletizing special temporary storage position conveyor (6-axis KUKA robot special grabbing position, the robot will automatically push the material forward after each grabbing material)

4) After the robot grabs (the gripper is in the form of air rising shaft, the length is not less than 300mm), →→ read the fabric information (fixed code scanning equipment position, robot wrist rotation action, find the label position, this label position is the head, memory) →→ discharge palletizing (when palletizing, the label is unified in a fixed position direction, which is convenient for scanning the code in the back road)

5) After the palletizing is completed→→ the waiting position →→ the receiving trolley →→ transferred to the main line

6) Read and identify the package material information→→ height measurement judgment →→ OK (NG, sound and light alarm, automatically removed from the main line to wait for →→ personnel to process)→→ Cantilever winding→→ weighing→→ printing and labeling→→ transported to the back-end finished product warehouse (through the isolation room, the electric door in the isolation room needs to be connected with the seller's automatic control docking signal)

1.3.2 Bypass radial packaging machine form (manual assistance, semi-automatic radial packaging form)

1) Manually check the cloth roll after slitting and paste the sealing head→→ manual start button→→ V-shaped longitudinal exchange platform receiving →→ weighing platform (weighing platform with digital display, manual record printing labels) →→ through the radial packaging machine →→ after the packaging is completed, manually transport the goods to the designated location.
