Intelligent Packing System For Manmade Board Scheme Feature:
1. The transfer conveyor requires stable conveying. Packaging order and packaging precautions
1. 3. The packaging plate is transported through the (serial number 2) 3500mm six-row chain conveyor, and enters the (serial number 4) automatic counting plate machine number plate station, automatic counting plate, accurately calculate the number of each plate, automatic prompt, manually add and subtract plates according to the prompt

9. The packaging plate returns to the main line through the conveyor, and enters the (serial number 12) through the (serial number 2) 3500mm six-row chain conveyor into the whole stack plus pad block plus flat corner protection strapping machine whole stack plus pad block, add forming small corner protection, wide side belting.
10. The packaging plate enters the forklift forklift station through the (serial number 2) 3500mm six-row chain conveyor.
11. Precautions:
1) The whole line layout takes a straight line, less load transfer, saves space and cost.
2) Under the premise of meeting the packaging efficiency, the less the buffer conveyor, the better, saving space.
3) The jacking of the winding machine is increased when winding, and it can wrap the bottom of the finished board 50mm inward.
4) The pad block is cut and bonded for the finished board of the demand side, the bottom of the pad is grooved in the center, and the size of the groove is subject to the actual design and negotiation between the two parties, which can be larger than the width of the packing belt, so as not to directly contact the ground with the packing belt.
5) Control system Siemens (PLC, inverter, touch screen), pneumatic components use Festo (or equivalent quality brand), motor reducer uses Boneng or equivalent quality brand.
