According to the characteristic of paper roll conveying and packaging, we provide the following equipments:
Paper roll packaging and handing system: The finishing rolls coming from the rewinder. handled by the sorting deck. V-type slat conveyor, weighing machine, code spray machine strapping machine or stretch wrapping machine, kraft paper wrapping machine, contol & data management system, roll elevator to the automatic roll storage.
Sheet paper packaging system: The sheet paper will he placed on the pallet, handling by conveyor , centering machine, PE film banding machine, top sheet dispenser, top sheet film sealing, transported to shrinking machine, cooling system after shrink strapping machine, elevator, then to the automatic roll storage.

Heavy duty steel structures, modular design.
Equipped with vertical shaft driving gear reducer.
Tensioner adjusting device & lubrication can be operated on floor level, easy for maintenance.
Equipped with automatic control components and mounting bracket.
Slat conveyor installed in floor level, convenient for the production operation.
Equipped with cover plates at the head and end of transmission units easy to dismantle.
